STEM Based Workplace Visits
STEM Workplace Visits are full or half day visits to local STEM businesses for groups of up to twenty year 10-11 students. Students participate in a site tour, meet employees and try out hands-on activities linked to the business.
Workplace visits give students the opportunity to be part of a different environment and to learn about the skills employers are looking for. Schools are responsible for their own transport to and from company venues and for providing supervisory staff.
