The Labour Market Intelligence update for Buckinghamshire is now available.  According to the Gatsby Benchmark Toolkit, all students should have ‘accessed and used information about career paths and the labour market to inform their own decisions on study options by the age of 14.’

Use the report to inform students and parents about the local labour market by uploading to your school website and talking to students about their options.

It is key that we improve the availability of market intelligence about the local labour market so that you can provide high quality information and advice to young people making choices about their careers, and prepare them and develop their skills to meet employment demands.

We hope you find this report useful and look forward to working with you to inspire young people to set ambitions for where they will be needed most.

We will also be circulating the report via email to School Careers Leads, with an option to book our Head of Economic Research to come in and deliver a talk to your students.
