If you’re thinking of entering your school in the new Bosch Challenge, put your request in quickly at the start of term to secure one of the remaining places.
Alongside its sponsorship of the Bucks Skills Show 2018, technology giant Bosch has also devised a new inter-school competition together with STEM Now and Bucks Skills Hub for Year 10 students this autumn.
The Bosch Smart Future Challenge asks teams to explore the potential application of driverless vehicles in Buckinghamshire and argue the case for their own proposal.
The winning teams from round one will go forward with support and mentoring from a Bosch STEM ambassador to present their proposals to a panel of senior government officials in London.
The winning team receives a £500 cash prize for their school and the opportunity to make their ideas a reality.
The deadline for round one is 1st December and for round two is 10th January 2019.
Please email Enterprise Coordinator Marina Jackson to find out more and register your school.
