This resource can be used to explore decision making in a group with Year 10 students or above. This could be used as the starting point for an enterprise project, for example when deciding on a company name or ideas of what to sell as an enterprise project.
The Edward De Bono method is a simple, effective parallel thinking process that helps people be more productive, focused, and mindfully involved.
Each thinking role is identified with a colored symbolic “thinking hat.” By wearing and switching “hats,” you can easily focus or redirect thoughts, the conversation, or the meeting. Students will enjoy physically making the hats and using their creativity (also makes a great display board if you take pictures!).
You will need sheets of coloured card, glue, tape and scissors.
